Lazy Susan Productions founded by Michal Lavi and Jennifer Bysterveld is on it's third film.

Here is some irrelevant informaiton about them:

MICHAL

Michal has dabbed in writing and photography, but specialized in self deprecation. Although she achieved great success in this field she got terribly bored wishing she made films; she decided to make them herself. Michal treats making films and trying to produce them as a form of therapy since she is learning to ask favors and dealing with rejection at the same time. Michal is also writing a blog which she thinks is funny, working on a board game which is bizarre since she doesn't like board games or people that like board games, and writing a feature.

A BIT ABOUT MICHAL

1- The number of times I re-considered: I was taking a diving course in Mexico and thought I looked pretty hot in the dry suit. When I tried to smoothly jump off the boat I crushed face first into the water to the astonishment of all the beach goers. I still don’t believe in god but I try never to feel good about my body either

JEN

Jen’s artwork has involved the mediums of sculpture, landscape design, woodworking and restoration. As part of an artistic collective, Jen participated in the 1st Annual Calgary Filmmaker’s Challenge of 2006, producing the short film “Lucky Duffy’s Way On”. As a visual artist, Jen has distinct aesthetics and style. Long time interested in film she tested it in assisting in other people projects first before collaborating with Michal and co-directing and co-producing Tying the Not.
